Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide, and how much is it?
Yes — we ship right across Australia from our Melbourne (VIC) warehouse. Regular shipping is $10 (free on orders over $100) and Express is $25, both via Australia Post (larger items by courier).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours when in stock. Metro delivery is typically 1–4 business days; allow up to 10 business days nationally, and a little longer for remote areas.
Fitment & Products
Are your accessories custom-fit or universal?
Custom-fit. Every mat, liner, protector and cover is 3D-laser-scanned and made for a specific make, model and year — not a universal one-size product — so it fits like factory.
What materials are used?
Floor mats and liners are waterproof XPE (some TPE); screen protectors are tempered glass (HD or matte); and key fob covers use a zinc-alloy frame with PU leather and a protective TPU back.
Do the accessories suit right-hand-drive Australian models?
Yes — everything is designed for Australian right-hand-drive vehicles.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method; return shipping is at the customer's cost.
